The maroon one in my lineup above (sixth from left) started off pink... The color just wasn't doing it for me, so the scales took a nice bath in RIT dye :). The Air turned out a bit dark, but I still love it.

It's a good reason to learn to handle your knife with the other hand. (I've been practicing with my left hand for this very same reason.)
