Manix 2 XL not easily flicked?

To be honest I find finger flicking (pfftt haha) knives to be a dangerous practice, if he blade doesn't travel enough it can be real easy to contact the edge on your way back to the handle.

I cut myself a few times like this with my old enduras. It was a combination of; too much handle, too much blade, not enough finger length and some pretty tight fittings. I found most times I was two handed opening or using inertia (hard downward pointed flick) to get the blade out. It was a lot of trouble and so after the novelty of the spyderco wore off (and some broken tips) I just moved on to other knives.

However; I will say I tried out a Manix 2XL and it was comfortable, tight and flicked open using both my thumb and my middle finger from underneath. Like the Manix 2XL a lot!
