Manix G10 vs Kershaw Link 20cr AND Civivi Pintail

Just wondering what people think would be the better option. A Spyderco Manix G10 S30v or a Kershaw Link 20cv AND a Civivi Pintail S35vn? It'll be my only knife or knives and will be used on whatever can be cut with a knife from really light duty to really heavy duty. I've seen the Manix in person a bunch of times so I know it's really good quality but have never seen either the Kershaw or Civivi so didn't want to end up with two mediocre knives instead of one really decent one. I didn't know if anybody has seen or handled all three of the knives and could comment on the quality of the Kershaw and the Civivi vs the Manix. I'll be using Dmt diamond stones with a guide so sharpening shouldn't be a problem with any of the blade materials. I just don't want to end up with two mediocre knives rather than one good knife. I thought having a lighter duty and heavier duty knife might work out better but would probably rather just work with the Manix if it's much better quality than the Kershaw and the Civivi are.
I think the Pintail is the best buy there, and what I would go with, but you might be better off with the Manix if your 'heavy use' is really brutal on a knife. If it's any kind of ordinary use the Pintail will be better when thinking about the total package.

I bought 4 Civivis on sale directly from Civivi. They all feel "cheap." They just aren't as nice as a Manix 2.

You bring up a valid point. I could be thinking of the 0357.
Very Common Misconception…
The 0357 is pretty damn close to the 0350 as far as materials (except S30V vs 20CV), besides being a totally different blade shape. Much more robust liner locks on both compared to the Link, and the G10 is perfect on both IMO, similar to a PM2. Here’s a couple pics of both…

. FWIW I’ve never owned a Manix, but I hear they’re great, and I don’t care for assisted anymore. I used to, but good action is fairly common these days.
0357, Link, 0350

Also, disassembly of the 0357 will be easier. The Link has 6 body screws, the 0357 has 3, they’re threaded thru to the other side.

Between an M4 PM2 blade and the 20CV Hogue Ritter RSK would either of them be definitively better for all around cutting? Heard good things about both and that the Hogue is probably a better cutter but didn't know how it would stack up with an M4 PM2?

They’re all great knives.. I suggest starting with a Spyderco. If you’re anything like me you will buy them all anyhow.

Enjoy

The choice between these three knives depends on the size of your hands, what you think of assisted opening knives, and locking mechanism preference. I have larger than usual mitts and love the Manix 2. Nice slicey blade design, good ergonomics, and a ball bearing lock (the others are liner locks). I have the Civivi Pintail in S35VN and it's a decent flipper, but just a hair too small for my hands to be regularly chosen as an EDC for me. I have a few assisted opening knives and I don't find the benefits of easier opening offset the harder closing. If you have tiny hands, the Link is a good knife, provided you like assisted opening mechanisms.
