By the way I don't understand why this thread is locked???
I'm using my iPhone to do everything, and don't know why it's locked..

Can someone give my a clue??
 
Wow, I'm not a folder maker, but that looks like a heck of a first!!!! Umm..the thread isn't locked, I'm not quite sure what your talking about there. Can I ask how you made that rag micarta? I've made my own micarta, but not rag style like that

The rag MyCarta is made by cutting up cloths into small pieces of irregular shape.
I used 4 old shirts of earth tone colors.
Placed in a one gallon ziplock bag. Than added resin about 10 oz. and mixed by hand until completely saturated.
Than took out of bag, placed it in my mold than put into my vise.
Wa la!
