Just wanted to sound off on my appreciation for Glockstersharp aka Rich.
Purchased a CC BM Ritter Grip from him a few months ago. Rich didnt usually send items up north due to customs issues but made an exception for me.
So what happens? Murphy happens: tracking # shows the Grip had been seized by Can Customs due to "loose pivot screw" making it a "flick knife". A few months later I received a letter from Can Customs saying knife would be disposed of, pending an appeal.
After much time and effort with the customs agent, the Grip was able to be returned to Rich via courier. Rich then tightened the pivot screw (to the point where I almost couldnt loosen it) & sent the package back to me express.
When I finally got it, the knife was perfect cause it had been solidly packaged & survived countless openings, reopenings and probably a few drops on the floor.
Throughout the ordeal *(passing a kidney stone would have been less painful than trying to get the knife back from Customs), Rich stayed in contact, offered to partially cover expenses when the knife looked to be seized and destroyed, and paid extra to have it airmailed back to me... dealing with Rich made me realize the character of people who keep their word.
Thanks Glockstersharp, you're a good man.
Regards
Eugene
