This is a really great knife and sheath combo, perfect size and grip for every day use, or out camping. A lot went into the detail when you look at the soldered brass, multicolor liners, and handle shape. Rick Garcia got the sheath color perfect to complement the Maple Burl handle

Knife 10 5/8 overall
Blade 5 5/8 x 1 3/8 x 1/8 CPM 154 CM,
Professional heat treat, 58 - 60 Rc, (Paul Bos shop)
Nice clip at point

Handle is Stabilized Maple Burl (WSSI), great figure.
5 inch overall handle length
Brass butt cap and guard (soldered to blade) with white and red spacers.

Sheath is the art work of my buddy, Rick Garcia, This is a great piece of art that will last
many years, fit is tight and hugs your hip. Fold over snap insures you will not lose this baby.

Quick question, Patrick. Is the knife constructed of CPM-154 or 154CM. Reason I ask is because there's no such alloy as CPM 154 CM.

CPM is the crucible CPM technology applied to 154 CM, best of both worlds, sold by New Jersey Steel Baron

Product Description

CPM 154CM is a CPM processed version of 154-CM providing a more even distrubtion of carbides, greatly enhancing the attributes of the already popular 154-CM. CPM 154CM is easier to polish and grind,as well as having improved toughness and corrosion resistance.
