I just finished adding a bunch of new stabilized blocks to the web store.
This batch includes some dark Maple burl, Tasmanian Myrtle Burl and a bunch of very nice Box Elder burl blocks.
Lots of very nice pieces to choose from.

Some of those dark maple burl blocks are exquisite, and I rarely use that word. The Tasmanian blocks are stunning. I just don't have enough money to buy what I want or I would have already ordered several.

If, however, you want to send me a bunch for free I'd happily tell you what I thought after seeing them in person!

Attractive maple. Is it Eastern hard or big leaf?

Big leaf maple. Dark coloring happens with some of the stuff that has sat around for a long time.
The blocks that come from this chunk will look similar but a little bit lighter when it gets stabilized.
