This is a working knife made from a sawmill blade. It is Din.2003 German Carbon steel. Same thing as L-6. The blade has a 400 grit hand finish. The handle is nice tiger maple finished with linseed oil. Unconditional guarantee.

Blade is 5 3/8" with a convex grind
Overall 9 1/2"
1 1/2' at widest point
Hand stitched sheath with belt loop

I appreciate your comments which made me take a closer look at the photos. The grind appears to be hollow, however it is convex. I use this grind for the edge strength. Believe me it is sharp. Thanks again, I will update my description

I have a Question, would this be good to strike a firesteel? How hard is the blade metal? Please PM me.

Sorry Randy I was unable to locate a private mail site to reach you. Yes the blade is tool steel with high carbon content. It will easily work as a striker. Thanks for comments and question

Allocating funds for this one, got some checks to cash tomorrow-I'm in class til the bank closes today. Fingers crossed it'll still be available :) I'm a huge fan of L6.
