I e-mailed CR Knives with this question but haven't gotten a response. I'm sure they are just really busy. Anyway, my question was in regard to the gold coin Sebenza that Rick Gray posted a while back. I want to get the maple leaf design without the damascus blade and the gold coin. Does anybody know if that design would be available or is it exclusive to the gold coin editon. I could even go for a leaf from a different tree.

That particular knife was a very limited edition. . .the "Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coin." It was produced in 1999 and if I'm not mistaken. . .only 12 were made.
As far as getting one minus the damascus blade and the gold coin ~ highly doubtful. But, never hurts to ask them.
