Maratac AAA warranty issue, stupid question time

I have a Maratac AAA light I received as part of a trade several years ago. It is a copper Maratac, with tritium inserts. About a month or so ago, like an idiot, I forgot to remove my light and my Case Damascus peanut. I can send the Case in for a spa treatment, but I'm not sure about the Maratac, sometimes the light works, other times it doesn't work on any of the three settings. Is County Comm the distributor, a seller or just a third party site? Who do I contact for warranty service? Is this even something they consider? I have been using Lithium Energizer batteries. They obviously worked fine before the light went for a swim. The light was closed, not fully on, but closed, and I thought they needed to be rated for certain depths. They were in the washing machine for approximately ten minutes, before I realized I'd forgotten to fully empty my pockets the night before (just goes to show you what initiative does, I was rolling out the door for a long trip and glad I came back in).

The light works intermittently, and I have tried fresh batteries, from two different packages, purchased probably a month or two apart. I love my Surefire Titan Plus but the Maratac is very useful, especially because it disappears in the pocket.

Which is an issue when your shorts/pants, even shirt (found the light in my shirt pocket once) go in the wash...
