If you order these they come from the UK and I just got this one today. These are super bright and hold the glow for longer than anything I have seen in a glow material. Hang near a light bulb and it supercharges it and gives a nice glow for several minutes, and will still have a glow 2hrs later. Pic of UGM in action I took here, and it is not the one being sold, the one being sold is brand new never used. Just this one for sale, $15 f&f
