Marathon TSAR on Marathon Bracelet

This is a catch and release for me. I'm used to larger watches and this is just something that I won't wear. Here is the description from the seller who I just bought the watch from.
I have a very nice condition Marathon TSAR watch (NSN: 6645-20-001-9382)
As you can see in the picture, the photolumiscent piece on the dial is missing (no idea when it came off)
Born on date is 5/2007
The watch was worn daily and thus has scuffs on the band (marathon bracelet)
