Several of my regular customers have asked for some untreated Walnut to be used for knife handles and handgun grips so I have posted a limited number of these in my web store in the "Exotic Hardwood - Untreated Wood" section. For those of you who prefer stabilized wood there is a big batch at the stabilizers right now. There are also a handful of new Stabilized Afzelia Xylay blocks and some new sets of Dyed Sycamore scales.

This new Walnut came from a friend who is a supplier of high grade gunstock blanks. English Walnut is a lighter colored variety of Walnut that is denser with smaller pores. Royal Walnut is a hybrid cross of California Claro and American Black Walnut. This gives a darker Walnut that is harder than Claro Walnut with smaller pores.

Marbled English Walnut & Indonesian Ebony.

Looks like all the English Walnut have sold now. Thank You.
There are still some of the Royal Walnut available.

For those of you that prefer stabilized Walnut, there is a big batch at K&G getting stabilized.
