Marbles matchcase (current production)

Old Marbles and most knock-offs are brass with a nickel plating. But Marbles just reintroduced these recently, so I was wondering if they upgraded them to stainless. I called Marbles and the lady I spoke with didn't know the material. She's suppose to get back to me on Monday.
 
i bent mine on the arms..and that was just trying to open it...once i got it open it works great even with bent arms...i am pretty sure it isnt a good stainless steel
 
Dave Shirley from Northwoods Knives in Gladstone Michigan was heard saying that Marbles had destroyed the original die/press that they used to make the matchcases years ago. It was a shame 'cause they were pretty good units.
 
Marbles lady called me back. The new matchcase is made of stainless steel.
