Marble's

I just picked up a Marbles folder yesterday that looks like a 3.5" steel ruler. I haven't done anything with it other than open it, close it, and stick it in the knife roll but I bought for it's trinket factor not with the intention of using it as a pocket knife.
 
When I tested a recently made Marbles it was while Mike Stewart was running the boat and they were using 52100. That was years ago ( don't remember exactly when), I have not worked any current production blades. The woodcrafter was definitely a classic, I just made a couple (my version) for Blade Show and they were well received. The overall geometry provides a lot of room for doing it your way.
 
Anyone have pics of the old ones? They have a nice style and quality about them.
 
The older ones were/are classic and well done.

Some of the Chinese offerings aren't bad but I predict they will continue to improve in quality like the majority of Chinese products... just watch.
