Thanks, guys!!

Hey folks,
I made the blade back in April as a side project. I just finished the scabbard this week. It was designed to be a belt carry but is just long enough to be comfortable as a baldric set up. Check out the Maker's Gallery for additional pictures.

Marchete
5160 forged
distal tapered, 3/16" at thickest.
17" cutting edge
2 1/8" at widest
26 3/4" O.A. Length
3/4 length tang
Hickory handle, hemp wrapped, epoxy soaked
Scabbard is poplar/yew, hemp wrapped, leather mounted with belt/baldric carry option.

Current selling price is $795 shipped anywhere in North America.

Thanks for looking!
Rick

Thanks David.... and now I know what the name of that sheath style is.... I scoured the interwebz for hours hunting down example of this. I could have used you a couple days ago, brother!

Rick, wow, that's "High Functioning Art", like, "clear this brush for the next mile, Art".
Your work is truly unique and with superior function in all aspects. (balance, blade and edge, useability).
i wouldn't have bought this. it's too big for little me. But i can admire it.
I still think i have one of your very best offerings: my 14 1/2" Bushkeeper Tanto. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=711842&highlight=bushkeeper
