Marcus Lin Tactical Camper<Sold>
For sale is this Tactical camper/hunter made by Marcus Lin. The knife has never been used and is in excellent condition as received from Marcus in May 2010.
The blade is 5 5/8" to the handle. 10 3/8" OAL.
Here is a description from Marcus Lin describing the knife:
"After making a few clip point blades, I realized that this shape is probably the most useful for a camp knife and decided to make one from thinner stock (0.214") so it can be more easily carried for long periods -my "prybars" are made from 1/4" to 3/8" 5160. In my opinion, this one is "just right" for all around use -it's light, a cutter, packs a whole bunch of blade in a compact package and tough.
It also has a coke bottle shaped handle for a secure, traditional grip that is very ergonomic ... but the top is flared to stop your hand slipping forward if used in a tactical application. The material is canvas micarta -which is grippy when wet.
The blade has been enamel coated (for rust resistance) and is 5160 -heat treated to HRC 60 which has been flat ground with a convex edge. It holds an edge very well and is very sharp."
The price is $150 including shipping.
Included is a heavy duty leather sheath.
