Utilizing Lightfoot's famous LCC design, the LCC was finally brought to life in a collaborative double action format back in the year 2000.
This specific showpiece is from a small custom run from 2001 and is a rare handmade example showcasing Marfione's perfection to detail. Only 18 out of the 22 were dressed in premium Mother of Pearl scales with great brilliance/inner glow. Blade and bolsters are of Mike Norris' beautiful San Mai stainless damascus. The 4" blade is precision handground by Marfione (grinds perfectly mirroring each other from front to back) with a razor sharp polished edge. Titanium liners, dual thumstuds, pivot and fasteners are all hand satin finished and the custom red backspacer was a unique complimentary aspect to this run. The double action is via bolster-pivot and is smooth and powerful with 100% solid lock up/liner lock disengages with no stickiness. Even upon close inspection the double action trigger is completely undetectable. The dovetailed pearl scales mate perfectly with the bolsters - no feeling any edges just perfectly smooth transition from scale to bolster as if one piece.
Included are all original packaging shown in pic below (Certificate of Authenticity, box, pouch + extra Lightfoot logo pouch, plastic sleeve, lanyard, warranty card, registration card, and operation instructions with lanyard knot tying instructions on back).
100% MINT/Original Owner and kept in a temperature controlled safe over the years.
