For a while now I have been going to Mark for my knife purchases, and every time I am reminded of exactly why......

I just called and placed and order for some knives. While I didnt mean to call as late as I did

Mark was still as nice as ever and let me place my order.

As far as I can remember I dont think there has ever been a time when he did not have or was unable to get the knife/knives I was looking to purchase. Thanks for the great service Mark, hope to talk to you soon.

. You start out ordering a nice little MT and then a BM or 2 and you are just thrilled with the wonderful service. You talk to him for 10 maybe 20 minutes about knives after you make the purchase. And you realize that he's just another knife nut. Next thing you know your picking up some more knives from him at the local gun & knife show and you spend an hour or 2 just hanging around talking. But thats how he gets ya. He treats you like a friend not a customer! The nerve of this guy

. Before you know it you're just an e-mail away from your next knife and he's sending you 2,3, sometimes 4 a month cause its just so easy!

Thought I'd add my 2 cents since I just got my Emerson LaGriffe from Mark this morning. As expected, the knife was excellent, and arrived very fast, even if it would have been faster to drive to Circleville and get it myself...

 
i noticed your order come through and wondered why you didnt just call............i go up through columbus a good bit i could have met you somewhere and saved you shipping alltogether. columbus is only about 20 minutes from me if that. so next time give me a buzz ill save you shipping. (if i can)

I come thru Circleville occasionally when going on hiking trips, I'll have to stop by.

Since there aren't many places to buy knives in Columbus (aside from Benchmark and Galyans) I've gotten used to ordering online. Oh, almost forgot about Vance's, whom I have nothing bad to say about
