Mark IV vs. Mountaineer II

I've been looking at these on the CRK web site. The only listed difference in the stats is weight, yet the CRK site indicates the material and dimensions are the same. Is there any other difference between the two other than the double cross guard on the Mark VI?

I think the point (tip) of the knife is in a slightly different spot when you compare the two knives. With one, the tip is more centered. With the other, it's closer to the spine of the knife. I don't own either knife, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Mark has a double shroud.

Mountaineer has the single shroud.
