Have a Wohlwend stock removal knife, this one was not forged like most of his stuff. This has been my bush blade for a couple of years and am just going away from the scandi. This knife gets scary sharp very quickly, use it and hit it on the strop and she is back to shaving sharp in just a few hits. Like I said this is not a like new blade but it is not abused in any way. I have not batoned anything with it, mostly just a carver and knocking off some limbs with it, and making camp furniture and such. The Cocobolo has aged nicely and is getting dark. The steeel is O-1 and Mark hit the heat treat perfectly. Matching firesteel included.
