That looks like an exceptionally thin grind. Do you know what Rc they target?

I do not. I believe the blades themselves are actually made by White River Knife and Tool though. The knives are a collab with them. I’m assuming their RC is whatever White River generally runs, which is 58-60. Optimal for S35VN is 58-61. So, seems optimal. I haven’t cut much with it yet, but the geometry is impeccable.
