I just got this Martin WSK today in the mail . I am very impressed with it 1095 differentially heat treated blued blade. Of all the WSK's I have had this comes closest to feel of my Beck. Instesd of a sharp saw like notch cutter on top it has more of a rasp like file which I happen to like better . I will let you know after I try it out. The Martin's where fantastic to talk and deal with a great family. I know there are not to many WSK fans and I am not sold on the whole concept myself but I like the custom one's I have seen just another kinda neat style of knives to play with

I'm not a fan of the style but I love the saw on the Beck. If it wasn't on the back of a knife it would be great!
 
They both look great, I'll be interested to hear how you get on with the new one !!!
