Martin bowie

Finished this large bowie in time for the Badger show, 11" blade with an overall of 17". San mai blade, damascus fittings and fossil walrus ivory handle. Let me hear your thoughts.

Fine knife and really neat Damascus. Care to say how you did the damascus to get that type of pattern? Just great!

Hi Dan, the pattern is done with a hole saw and a drill bit, the multi layer san mai shows different stuff depending on the depth of the patterning. Etching and hot blueing does the rest. Thanks for the compliments.
