This is one of the first that MARTIN put out, I planned on keeping it, and used it, it works great, has a fantastic edge right now, thanks to me. The overall performance of this knife versus a TOPS is night and day...this one WORKS. 1/4" stock in 1095 (I think? It might be 5160) Micarta and loveless bolts..make up the great feeling handle. This knife chops like a 8" chopper all day long. Just choke back on the handle, and its great.
It has the chainsaw style teeth, which work well for notching.
IT comes with a nice heavy leather pouch style sheath.
