For Sale; A Martin Handmade(Custom) Randall style bowie.This one's a little Too Big & Hefty for me.I've ordered a 9 inch version
The 11 inch blade is 440C Double Tempered & Cryoed for better edge holding 1/4 inch thickness,the top edge is sharpened 4 1/2 inches.The Commando shaped handle is Black Micarta,w/red,white,& blue spacers.Aluminum Buttcap w/Nut,The Hilt is Double Lugged Brass.It comes with a Great Leather sheath w/ stone pouch & stone.The Fit & Finish on this knife is MUCH BETTER than Randall,and it's a Custom knife.The blade is Hair Shaving Sharp,this Monster's made to use.Absolute Mint Condition-$450 delivered in Cont. Price Drop to $400 delivered in Cont. US.This is an Excellent bowie,the Fit & Finish is Much better than Randall,and the Blade is Hair Shaving Sharp.The only reason I'm selling it is because it's a Bit too heavy for me(I'm ordering a 9 inch version). :cool:
