Maryland/Northern Virginia Knife Makers - Shop visit?

Hello,

I am researching setting up a metal shop in my shed that has electric and a good sized work bench. I am hoping to find a knife maker near my area that I could get advice from and see some things first hand before making some rather large investments. I live off I-95 just about halfway between DC and Baltimore. Willing to drive a bit if need be. Anyone willing to accomodate let me know!

If I was asking for a shop visit, I would fill out my profile with all the info - age, location, occupation, hobbies and interests, etc.

There are several good fellows your way, but they aren't likely to make an uninformed offer.
