Okay, so I saw an ad for Mr. Peter Marzitelli in the Blade magazine. The knife pictured was his "Big Snarly J" model. I'm REALLY liking the looks of that knife, but it would far and away be the most I have ever spent on a small knife... and it bugs me because I've never seen one in person. Dimensionally it's about right, something close to my Spec Elite or mini-Rukus however not having one in hand... hmmm
I almost made the same mistake with a certain out the front auto manufacturer. I really liked the way they looked. Then I handled one at the Blade Show in Atlanta and discovered that I disliked how they felt in hand intensely. The same thing has happened with a couple of other knives from other makers. So has anyone handled one of the Big Snarly J models? How smooth was it? Was it easy to open one handed? Comfortable in the hand? Inquiring minds want to know...
