Classic yanagiba, Japanese sushi knife. 10.25 inch white #1 blade, 16.5 inch OAL. Magnolia handle, buffalo tsuba. Used but in great shape, several dings on the tsuba (bolster). Visible temper line. This is a single ground knife with a concave back, hand engraved kanji in the traditional style!

8 inch 52100 blade, 12 inch OAL, ivory micarta scales with red liners.
Sharpened and briefly used but great condition. Surface staining due to this being a high carbon steel, 52100 tool steel. Very unique, comfortable shape and a great cutter!
