i ordered two sheets of two different thicknesses of G10 multicolor from Masecraft Supply in March. I ordered with standard ground shipping on a friday, in a panic because I had only seven days until 2 knives were supposed to be out the door the following friday, and my Girlfriend had tossed my dust covered G10 scale box in trash the day before I placed my order. Three days later, on monday, I still had not received a tracking number. First thing Tuesday morning I called and spoke to customer service. The very nice lady I talked to checked the 'puter and told me they had somehow missed my order. I wasn't angry, but explained it sucked because that G10 needed to be on two knives by friday, three days away, and I had only paid for UPS or FedEx Ground. She said no problem, they would ship right away.
Less than an hour later, I got a tracking number for my order. I had it Thurs afternoon. Masecraft picked up the tab for upgrading my shipping to Two Day Priority. Considering my order was just over $60, they ate it on that one.
Admittedly, I have only ordered from them once, but it was a stellar experience, and I will order from them again with complete confidence.
