Mashed Cat sheaths for FK and EDC

The two fold-overs for the field knife just arrived at our counter. They look really nice as always. Thanks again to everyone that helped with this!

I forgot to post this a while back.
A 5.1 sheath clip works great on these also.

It's mounted upside down to drop the whole setup, plus it's easier to get off of the belt by using your thumb to push the tabs out.

Thanks for that bud. I love finding attachments that swap over so nice and clean. Cheers.

Hey everyone! These sheath have all been built and most shipped. There are only a few orders waiting on drop loops or belt attachments that I hope to finish and ship today. ALL knives have been shipped back to their owners, which concludes this run of sheaths. Thank you to everyone who was able to get in on the orders and especially the gentleman who let their knives be used for the molds!

If anyone wants to repeat the offer of sending in their knife for a group mold, let me know.

Thanks again!!

Any extras left over?

Did someone say, Mashed Cat for Carothers LC? Here you go, and yes, it is perfection!!!

it's cool that the forward lanyard hole's been matched by one in the sheath. Great way to completely lock the knife in for travel or whatnot

Reminds me of a sheath that Dwayne Puckett (Leatherman here on BF) built for some of the Busses. Of course, Dwayne is a leatherworker rather than kydex, so he took advantage of the talon hole and used a snap that has a pin which secures the blade in the sheath through the talon hole. That way you don't need an extra tie-down strap like a traditional leather sheath that is always in danger of being cut by the blade. I thought it was pretty ingenious, although I'm probably not doing it justice by my description. Anyway, your comment made me remember that, and I'll bet a leatherworker could take advantage of the forward hole in the Light Choppers in the same way.
