Super easy my friend. Get some mini sweet peppers. Stuff them with goat cheese. Wrap in bacon, skewer them and grill till the bacon is crispy!

The Chicken is in a great spicy BBQ sauce called Devil's Spit! Fantastic sauce to me. Slightly sweet and hot!
