Mason Knives says Hello!!

Eureka is a very interesting pattern, glad to see you taking it on, that wraparound spring can't be an easy job....

Look forward to you doing a Barehead version and a single-blade too, I'm sure it will draw a lot of interest as this rather rare pattern makes one of the best pocket Jacks. It might even have potential to carry a Lambfoot as master too..now there's a Eureka moment:cool:

Regards, Will

Your work is simply impeccable. Absolute perfection. It's difficult to believe that you've only been doing this for 3 yrs or so and are self-taught. Do you have a machinist background?

Well it's arrived, and i am absolutely blown away. Sheer perfection Mr Mason :D

Wonderful collection you have there! Thanks for posting them. I have no personal experience with Paul's knives but from what I've seen here they are as good as it gets.

That's a beautiful Eureka Jack, aribach! Nice work as always, Paul!

Something a bit different for me. I have been wanting to make a dagger for a while, but the slip joints leave me little time for anything else.
Whist waiting for some new kiln elements to arrive, i thought i had better have a go at one!

African Black wood scales
935 pinned silver shields
Tapered tang
RWL-34 steel
Overall length 220 mm

Thanks for looking and have a great day

Paul

That's a gorgeous dagger Paul. May I suggest a small ring at the top of the blade . Something to rest your thumb up and stop your hand slipping on to the blade:)

Thanks so much for the really kind replies, it always makes my day!

Have a great weekend folks, all the best

Paul

That Blackwood has some nice wrinkled grain to it like desert ironwood gets. Those tuxedo liners are really nice touch as well and really pop. Great job!

Back pocket, 4" closed
Stabilised Girraffe bone scales

Thanks for looking

Cheers
