At the top right hand corner - you will see thread tools.
Click on that and subscribe to the thread - you choose instant through emails or through control panel.

Than when you log into the forums - at the top you will see - settings.
Hit that button and it will show all the threads you have subscribed to with new post in them.

And under settings to the left - you will see that you make folders to manage these threads.
