Mason Knives says Hello!!

Hi all!!

Thought i had better introduce myself!
I am a full time maker from a tiny Town in England called Andover.
I have been making slip joints, for just under two years now, they are my passion! I am self taught, mainly from books and from scanning the web for clues!
I look forward to posting photos from time to time, and chatting with fellow slip joint fans!
Here is one of my latest knives, a Saddle Horn Trapper.
All the best

Paul Mason.

Paul,
Forgive me if you have already answered this elsewhere in the thread. Is this another example of your work? I came across it a couple of months ago on BF in a post of Bird and Trout Knives. In this thread I've only seen folding knives you have done. But the thread is 31 pages long now. I have not been through it all and hence the question.

Dan of Bazz Clazz Dan of Bazz Clazz Yes that is mine, i like to make the occasional fixed blade every now and then, just for a change really.

In the photos just above this comment are some more examples i have made.
Thanks for looking at my work, much appreciated and to everyone else for the kind comments and likes.

Have a great Sunday, Paul

A very nice man from Wales has been a collector of my work for the last 3 years, pretty much from the start. And sent me some really good pictures.
I was quite jealous in fact and wished they were mine, which is kind of strange!
Thanks aribach aribach great line up!!
