Massive 7 section cable damascus sword

This sword has a massive blade made from a bundle of 7 sections of 3/4" cable. Guard of wrought iron, Pommel is wrought center and steel hex, Cornelian cab set in 14k gold, cast and patinated brass handle fitting on cocobolo.

29" Blade is actually 3/8" thick at shoulder with a significant distal taper over length.
