Mastadon Dagger

I have a model 971 mastadon dagger marking the 50th anniversary of Harley Davidson's V-twin engine. Is this a one of a kind piece or was there more than one made? I have been unable to get any information about it. Thanks!

Is there a serial number on the blade anywhere? I seem to remember talking about that same knife with someone recently. Maybe it was you?
If you find a serial number, or a letter from Buck, or a UPC code, we might be able to find out some more about your knife.
