I am aware of the 110, 192, 119, 501, and 532 in the Black box, Medallion and Checkering handle series. Were there any other models manufactured in this series? Also the plain Green handle series I am aware of the 110, 119, and 192. In this series with the non Medallion and Checkered handles, are these the only models? Also is this latter series known as the 'overruns' or is it just another series produced by Buck? Thanks.

the only one I have is the vanguard with smooth green handle. I believe its called an over run.it used the same BG42 steel blade as the master series but has a smooth green handle and is one of the best looking knives I've ever seen .

Overruns are usually "leftovers" from a production run. There is always a % of a run that is defective, so the run is made bigger than the contract calls for. Say you want 200 Buck 110's with drop-point blades. You know from experience that 15- 20 will be sub-standard; loose blades, uneven scales, etc. So you actually make 230 just to be safe. When you get them all sorted, 215 are good to go. But the contract only called for 200, so those other 15 are "overruns", and may be offered to the general public.

The 15 that weren't good enough to make the cut [pun!] get marked as production defects and are offered to employees.

This is all hypothetical, of course... :D
