Masterchef is truely the best

I got a chance to meet one of my very best customers. He invited my wife and I over to his restaurant THAT PASTA PLACE just north or Chicago.

Man can this guy cook his brains out. If you are in or near the Chicago area you have got to go visit Mike. He should be a chef in a 5 star establishment.

He tells me that he got all of his recipes from his mother-in-law who grew up in Italy. All I know is that you had to roll me out the door after the night was over.

I can't thank Mike and his family enough for their hospitality and way too much awesome food. Truly the best pasta I have ever had.

I use to be as skinny as Phil but that's what ya get in my biz!! What more could you ask for than to have a guy drive 5 hour's to come and eat at my restaurant and be as nice as Phil and his beautiful bride are!
