imho masterchef is a throwback to what used to be called a true gentleman. I bought a protech godfather from him for an unheard of price. He shipped me the knife BEFORE HE RECEIVED MY MONEY.This is unheard of in todays world of greed and fast deals.In addition,he sent me another knife(no,not a godfather)as an example of what not to buy. I cannot say enough about him
