This one does not say Blackhawk on the box so I am going to assume it is the original verions = on the blade is says "Duane Dieter - Close Quarter Defense - Special Operations Trainer.

this does not have the same glass breaker as my Mod II has. so I may be wrong in the description.

still a good deal eh?
 
not sure about the window breaker. that was the description I had but it does not look the same as my M-II
