I would've loved to see some new footage maybe some brainstorming, or retrospective narratives instead of Mike Rowe. I like him but it seemed like the script he was reading was dumbing it down a bit. :thumbdn:

Ray Mear's shows are the only ones that dive into specific, and in the US, it probably wouldn't get as many ratings. They are what they are, and I give a big atta boy for anyone able to make money doing what they love.

Let's see. Discovery. Might they include their boy "Bear" even though his shows include so much behavior that presents terrible examples of how to actually survive? O_____O

I am not a fan of this show. If you are really into survival and Discovery then you most likely have seen all the survival shows.... I was really expecting them all to get together and talk about what works and doesn't work but that wasn't the case.

I watched 2 minutes of it, fast-fowarded (DVR for the win) forward 15 mins, and realised it was a mickey mouse greatest hits program. Stopped and promptly deleted it. Disappointing. I feel that most people that have an interest in these shows have seen all of the individual programs making up Masters at least once.
