This is the only Mastersmith forged Loveless style knife I've ever seen. Beautifully done by Joe Cordova, 4 1/4" blade of 52100 steel, 8 3/4" overall length, tapered tang, deep hollow grind, ironwood handle scales, double liners with filework and lined thonghole. The workmanship on this knife is the equal of any of the higher priced makers of Loveless style knives. One side of blade is marked, " Cordova made Albuquerque, N.M." Other side is marked "M.S. 51, forged 52100". Grinds are fantastic, fit and finish is perfect. Condition is mint, never used, carried or sharpened and it is truly the sharpest knife I have ever owned. Comes with extremely functional, well made sheath by Joe. I don't know of a better knife to be had for $750. + shipping.

Here's a pic. Knife looks whole lot better in person and feels great in the hand. It's a little larger than most Loveless hunters. The perfect size.

Beautiful knife, Pete! Folks, I had the chance to hold this one a little while back, and I can tell you it's gorgeous.

Thanks for piping in. Whoever buys this one will be real happy, that's for sure....

Pete.

You are right Joe's work is top of the line. I have two of his knives one just like yours but in stag, very fine knives. And his prices are still very reasonable.

Will trade the knife + cash towards Freedom Arms 44 mag, 6" barrel, Mastersmith bowie, Jess Horn, Tony Bose, whatchagot???.....
