Jim finished this in May but wanted to take it to Blade for display.I received it in June.

Jim said it is possibly the widest camp knife he has made. The blade is 1084 and is 8 5/8ths" long and 2" wide. The overall length is 13 3/8ths". The handle is a very dark grainy walnut and is pinned with six nickle silver domed pins. It is a full tanged knife that has a taper that resembles a cigar in that the taper does not start at the handle but actually starts about an inch past the handle. Jim really likes to taper this way as it really helps balance the knife but also looks great.Forgot to add, the handle has that incredible contour that is inherent to Crowell.

Finally, the sheath is an extremely well made pouch type sheath made for Jim by his brother. The knife has a few very light surface scuffs as I had to go out and test the edge on a few saplings.Knife is still razor sharp and I am sure you could send it back to Jim for a quick touch-up if you are not one for using. But,I am telling you, this knife begs to be taken on a hike or backcountry trip.It is super sturdy.Jim charges $1000.00 for this knife.I am asking $695 plus shipping.

Sorry,no trades and no pics.I can do
paypal but will need to add 3%.

Thanks!

This Crowell has been here almost TWO hours... everyone must be sleeping late today, or as broke as I am.

Uuh I think it's Both, a Crowell for less than $700 & Naturally I'm Broke AND Working on my 1st cup of joe

As broke as a box of broken biscuits which have been rejected for being to broken at the "Good Old Broken Biscuit Co."

I think most people blew their money this past holiday, so most people are broke. Damn shame too.
