matching bevels

Howdy gents, I am looking for some advice on matching my bevels. free hand I can get them close but not perfectly matched. usually the left side is the better of the two and the right just doesn't want to match as well as I would like. I flat grind on a horizontal flat wheel of which I have 2 but neither are reversible, which I think would help. I really want to improve my grinds and was wondering what tips and tricks you all employ for matching yours. I've been a hobbyist maker for a few years and this has been one of my biggest frustrations.

paliden, if you are up for a roadtrip, i would be glad to teach you how to sharpen. if you want an easier way to sharpen check out the paper wheels. there is a thread in maintainance.
