UPDATE: Due to lack of interest, these two are off the market.

Up for trade is a matched pair of BUCK knives in MossyOak camo scales. Purchased to replace my then EDC... but it never happened and they have sat in a Pelican case ever since.

First, the BUCK Mini Alpha Hunter. [Complete Information]
Carried twice, never used, never sharpened. Oiled (mineral oil) every 3 months while in storage. Stored out of sheath. With box and papers.

...and to go along with it, a BUCK Alpha Dorado. [Official Information]
Carried three times, has only cut paper, never sharpened. Oiled (mineral oil) every 3 months. Pivot screws loosened once for lube (Quantum Hot Sauce (high quality fishing reel oil.)) Stored out of sheath. No box, no papers.

I would prefer to keep these two together as I am mostly looking for more expensive blades, but if they must be split... then they must be split.

So, what am I looking for? Users welcome!
  • Bark River; will consider just about anything, but I am primarily looking for a Little Creek, Woodland Special, Mikro Canadian, Bumble Bee and many of their smaller "yearly customs."
  • Strider ED
  • Benchmade 32, 42 or 40TR.
  • Tom Krein Dogfish
  • RAT Izula (black)
  • Ka-Bar BK9

I will happily consider other offers, but I can be fairly particular. That said, I feel a "do not wants" is in order,
  • Cheap/midrange (sub $75) folders. I'll consider folders, but I'm perfectly happy with my Mini-Grip as an EDC folder to complement my fixed blades.
  • With a few exceptions (e.g. Bark Rivers or BK9) no blade length over 5.5" due to state laws.
  • Un-stabilized wood or leather handles. Synthetics and stabilized woods very much prefered.
  • Again, users are welcomed -- abusers; however, are not.
  • Absolutely no assisted openers, automatics, daggers, false edge or throwing knives.

Thank you for your time.

UPDATE: Due to lack of interest, these two are off the market.

Bump for the weekday crowd.
A few additions to the wants list and clarifications in the do-not-wants list.

Have a good one!
