I have a matching set of a paring and a 13" chef in AEBL and tiger wood. The chef is built on 3/32 stock, flat ground, with pinned dovetailed stainless bolsters. 8" cutting edge. The paring is 1/16 thick, flat ground. Both are HT to RC 61 by Jarrod Todd. $SOLD for the pair.
