Who has Schrade Family knives with the matchstrike nail nick? I'd like to try and find out what years they put this nick on knife blades. As far as I can recall, they are only on 4" clip blades. The catalogs don't show them on Open Stock knives much.
I have a few of these, and everyone always seems to like them. I have the following knife patterns with the nick:
Schrade Walden USA

8OT (one with 8OT on front, one with 8OT on back)

Has anyone ever got out a Blue Tip kitchen match with the white end and tried one out?
