Matriarchs over the counter in which countries?

I think I've read here that Matriarchs were only intended for South Africa and Israel. But they're obviously for sale in other countries too, and now I'm curious which ones?

Hi all! (eller tjenare Griffon...)

I was in Gothenburg today and i'm pretty sure that they had a Matriarch at Augusts Vapen(about 98% sure...)gimme a e-mail and i can check it out for you!
I kept this in English 'cuz it didn't feel very polite to write in swedish!

And i saw the Spyderench as well, WAY kewl tool(rhymin' cuz' it's close til Christmas ;-D )price was something like 950 SKR(about $114, pretty cheap!)
