Hate to see this one go... Bailey Knives Model 3.
4" blade of S35VN, heat treated to 61rc. ~9" overall opened length. Sand blasted black G10 handles. Titanium liners and pocket clip.
The knife runs on bearings and is incredibly smooth- can be easily flicked open and drop shut closes. Lock up is early and rock solid with no blade play in any direction.
I have handled and played with this one just a bit, but never used, carried, or re-sharpened it.

I have said before I have no idea how Matt makes his folders as affordable as he does. The fit, finish, and action are as good or better as knives I have handled costing twice as much.
